All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Resrv Technologies Limited and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce these materials without our explicit permission.

7.1The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7.2 Resrv is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the unavailability of the Platform.
• Errors in third-party services integrated into our Platform.

7.3 These limitations do not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.

You agree to indemnify Resrv and its affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Resrv may terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breaches of these Terms. You may close your Account by contacting support@resrv.money.

Resrv shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
