Resrv connects corporate users with licensed partners authorised to provide FX, payout, and settlement services in their respective jurisdictions.

Resrv does not engage in money transmission, currency exchange, or any regulated FX activity. Its role is limited to providing technology that enables access to services delivered by authorised financial institutions.

Nexus

Nexus is Resrv's multi-currency account and treasury infrastructure product for corporate customers.

Resrv provides the technology and platform layer through which eligible corporate users can access account, treasury, and settlement services delivered by licensed banking and payment institution partners. Resrv itself does not hold customer funds, issue accounts, or provide regulated banking or payment services.

Weave and X-Weave

Weave and X-Weave are Resrv's cross-border settlement orchestration technologies. Weave orchestrates settlement across regulated partner rails; X-Weave is the stablecoin-settled variant that routes value through regulated digital-asset partners including Resrv's Canadian subsidiary.

Resrv provides the routing and orchestration technology. All regulated settlement, foreign exchange, and money-transmission activity is performed by licensed partners in the applicable jurisdictions.

USGD

USGD is a US dollar-denominated stablecoin product accessed through Resrv's platform. Issuance and reserve management are performed by licensed issuers and regulated custodians in the applicable jurisdictions. Resrv provides the technology and integration layer that enables corporate access to USGD; Resrv Technologies Limited does not issue, reserve, or redeem USGD directly.
